Adjustable Ankle Straps

Add a cushioned connection to your lower-body training. These adjustable ankle straps clip to a cable or resistance band you already own for side kicks, back kicks and similar movements at home or in the gym.

The widened, padded cuffs sit around the ankle, with an adjustable closure that lets you refine the fit before each session. Resistance bands and cable machines are not included.
