Free delivery, always. We offer free standard delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). We'll email you if there is any delay.
Delivery estimates (from dispatch).
- United Kingdom: 3–14 days, depending on the item
- United States and Canada: 7–21 days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10–21 days
- Rest of world: 10–28 days
Some products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Tracking. Once your order has shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Late or missing parcels. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch (UK) or 28 days (overseas), email info@bioluxelab.com with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement or refund.
Customs, duties and taxes. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
