Delivery

Free UK delivery on every order. There is no minimum spend.
Dispatch: orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
UK delivery time: usually 3–14 days from dispatch, depending on the item. Some products ship directly from our fulfilment partners, so items in the same order may arrive separately. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it.
Tracking: you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return, for any reason.
Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them.
To start a return, email info@bioluxelab.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Once we've received and checked the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us straight away with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. For parcels that are lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Your rights

Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
